1953 KAISER For Sale "KARENS KAISER"

Unique one of a kind 1953 Kaiser Manhattan that has won multiple awards including Best Bitchin From Good Guys Scottsdale, Radical Hard Top Division First Place Grand National and Sacramento Autorama, Dare to Be Different Scottsdale Good Guys, plus many more.

In May 2006 Karen and I were in Petaluma Ca. ween she saw a 53 Kaiser in my friend's field and said of you ever want to build a car for me "I like that one" Thus "KarensKaiser" It took 6 years and 6000 man hours to create this very unique one of a kind Kaiser.

 Completely restored stock body - All stainless & chrome trim restored including hub caps - New windshield & side glass - Paint is PPG "Hot Rods by Dean" green (custom mix) & Karen white -
"KarensKaiser" script on front finders instead of Kaiser Manhattan - Rear door vents made stationary fronts restored.
 1953 Kaiser frame boxed and powder coated - Fat Man Fabrication front clip - Mustang II front suspension, SS upper & lower control arms - rack & pinion steering - 4 wheel disc brakes - Under floor power brake unit w/ remote fill and vacuum booster pump - Triangulated 4 link rear suspension - Ride Tech air ride system, air bag springs & height sensor all 4 wheels - S.S. fuel and brake lines and hardware - 9" rear end by Currie - rebuilt Ford AOD transmission - 15X6 Wheel Vintiques steel wheels with stock hub caps and Michelin tiers that all the letters have been removed for a smooth black tire look.
Interior retained the stock dash with a rebuilt instrument cluster, the original stock lower dash has been removed and the glove box back portion is hand made - 1966 Ford thunderbird floor pans from the firewall to the package self - T-Bird front bucket and rear seat installed - T-Bird center console has been lengthened 9" and extended to the dash w/ hand formed panels at transmission bulge - cloth is used on seats, floor and headliner with vinyl trim - Flaming River tilt steering column and steering wheel - Handmade interior door trim that ties the dash chrome to the rear seat chrome and is made to mimic the exterior door SS scallop trim - Trunk is upholstered in same material w/ a hand made spare tire cover hold down with "K" emblem from the dash - 1948 Kaiser horn button has been retrofitted between the back seats - Vintage Air A/C system - Custom Auto Sound radio w/ duel voice coil speakers -  Lokar shifter, pedals & cables - Ron Francis electrical panel and wiring kit
Engine is a 1992 Ford Mustang GT 302 HO with a roller cam - Ford Racing Headers, ceramic coated - Polished Pro Products Typhoon intake manifold w/ 75 mm throttle body & mass air flow sensor - 24 lb. fuel injectors - Ford EFI and engine management computer - Custom aluminum radiator w/ electric fans - Custom made air intake tube with remote K & N air filter - polished aluminum valve covers - SS overflow tank - Hand made & chromed water pipe from radiator to engine
The firewall has been filled and smoothed, all interior fender & wheel wells have been finished .
1948 Kaiser horn button between back seats.
 Upholstered trunk with "K" emblem spare tire well hold down.

 The 66 T-Bird center console chrome had to be cut & re shaped to fit the 53 Kaiser dash

PRESCOTT CAR SHOW

Saturday June 18 we took the 51 to  the Yavapai Classic Cruisers car show at Mile High Middle School in Prescott AZ. We left the house at 5:30 AM as it's a 2 hour trip to Prescott and the show started at 8 AM, all went well except one of the trailer tires had a large blister on the side of it when we arrived at the show. I carry 2 spares in the trailer and changed the tire after I unloaded the car, checked in and had the car set up.  They had over 200 cars show up for the Fathers Day show and a good verity like this willies Gasser and chopped 34.  Chopped and channeled rat rod I think it started out as a Chevy.  1953 Kaiser like Karens Kaiser except this one is stock with a Chevy V8 in it.  Nice stock 46 Hudson coupe.  Model A very nicely done.  This Pierce Arrow Limo was a parts car when this owner bought it and made a hot rod with a Pontiac, automatic trans. and 9" rear end it also has the privacy glass behind the driver and a TV in the back
