Project Cars

The Kaiser body is back on the frame and I have started to fit the front fenders. The front inner fenders had to be cut at the bottom front to clear the new sub frame and the splash panel guards that fit around the new upper A arms had to be remade.

We made a trip to Northern California for business, visit family and friends during the first week of April. I took my car trailer to pick up a 85 Ford Bronco that was left on my son's property for 5 years and while I was there I hauled off 5 other cars that he wanted to be gone. When I tried to load the Bronco it was too wide for my trailer so I had to borrow my friends Fred's trailer.

Fred is currently wrecking out his field of 1959 to 1966 T-Birds and some of his Edsels, anyone that wants any of these cars or any parts can contact:

Fred at beaelectsf@aol.com or call him at (415)203-2809. Fred also has some finished cars for sale. If you have any questions please call him.

I will bring home a 1960 Edsel Villager Station Wagon that Fred started to restore and never got back to. There were less than 150 of these cars made.

When I got the Bronco home I serviced it and tried to get it running and found after a lot of time and testing the fuel injectors were clogged from sitting for the last 5 years. I have brought a set of re manufactured injectors from an E-Bay vendor and am awaiting their arrival.

The rear window did not work and the tail gate was rusted out at the bottom. I welded in 3 patch panels to fix the rust and found a bad limit switch in the tail gate had to be fixed for the rear window to work. My neighbor came by and will buy the Bronco when the work is done.

I need to make room for my new project cars, The Edsel and a 1964 T-Bird convertible from Fred, so I will sell my 3 1966 T-Birds, 2 1950 Ford 2 door sedans, 1 1951 Ford club coupe and a 1963 Ford F-100 pick up truck (these are all project cars with one of the 66 T-Birds and the 63 Truck that run). Anyone interested can leave a message on my blog spot and I will return your email.
