Rotisserie

My wife brought an Auto Rotisserie for the Kaiser Project as it is "Karen's Kaiser." The Picture shows the body mounted on it with the T-Bird floor, Drive Line Tunnel, and Console in place.

This picture shows the car rotated so the bottom can be welded and finished. I had to fabricate new body to frame mounting/support brackets for the front half of the the body as the Kaiser floor sloped upward from the door to the transmission hump at the T-Bird is flat. The Front Bucket seats have been fitted with newly fabricated brackets to move them 6" forward from the T-bird location and rear seat springs and frame had to be modified to fit around the blisters for the four link suspension. There is still some rusty floor pan parts to be replaced but it should be a lot easier with this new cool tool.

Suicide door hinges for the rear door were ordered from Electric Life that will be the next step in this project.
